Meet Maralyn Polo & Cindy Cunningham
Has been a Real Estate Professional for over 30 years. She is happily married to her husband Ernie and together they have raised 6 children and have 8 grandchildren. Also enjoys teaching CCD for last 28 years and is currently teaching at St. James Parish which she and her husband are members. Maralyn is also a member in good standing in Women in Business, Women Council of Realtors, Better Business Bureau, Petaluma Chamber of Commerce & Rohnert Park Chamber. Before starting a Real Estate career in 1980 a part of her background includes Business at the University of Kentucky extension center, Paralegal, Assistant Director of Family Services for USAF, Sales & Mgmt of Keene Furniture and Board of Directors for Homeward Bound of Marin. I truly believe in the value and stability of home ownership and will put my knowledge, experience and expertise to assist my clients. Determination and hard-work ethics lay the groundwork for my success in making a difference in the lives of Buyers or Sellers.

Licensed in 2004, Cindy is experienced and knowledgeable in traditional home sales, and she is working to help people share resources and friendship in community living. Cindy has community development training and is now working in collaboration with other co-housing and community building specialists. Cindy believes that low pressure, individualized service is key to successful real estate transactions.
